Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 7-15 business days for us to prepare and pack your piece before it ships.

 

Local Shipping (Philippines)
Orders within the Philippines are shipped via our local courier partners (J&T / LBC).

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via standard international mail (PhilPost or partner couriers).

Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing or local postal services, which are outside of our control.

 

 

Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rosalia Jewelry does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please note that customs processing times may vary and may affect delivery timelines. Orders that are refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delays & Pre-orders
As our pieces are made to order, occasional delays may happen. We always do our best to ship within the stated timeframe and will keep you updated if anything changes.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
